Draining the junction of Av. Mar de Cortez and the Malecon, adjacent to the Costa Azul Hotel, is well under way. Although difficult to see in this picture, a major excavation is underway just to the left of the Hotel in order to install a large storm drain pipe down to the sea (directly ahead). |
