Armando Parente Rojas started this Electrical Project in Campo Ocotillo, San Felipe, B.C. Mexico. He and his crew installed ALL the transformers needed in this section. Another engineer finished the job and completed the hook-up to the junction boxes and to the individual pedestals. Each resident must then make their own application with CFE who will complete the connection and turn on the juice.

The pedestals were beautiful, but one of the last requirements by CFE was to add an ugly pipe support. Oh well!!

A simple block style storage is usually the next step, especially for snowbirds. Bert and Adrienne Streppel have created a small double storage building they can use later for their individual hobbies. They will start their real home next year.

Or if you like, you may start with the straw built home which was completed with concrete and stucco as Curtis and Cybil Bagby did. Then they added the swimming pool.

Or you may elect to go block house with high ceilings as Peter and Vicky Wendt are doing. Both promise to be cool in the summer

The floral show this spring has been spectacular. Today the Smoketrees are out in full blossom, so we couldn't resist adding this photo to our gathering. If you have a particular home you wish to watch in progress, stay tuned. We will do them all.
