What's making all this possible, that backhoe of course. This day there was some action going on. They were doing the cement work for the conduits that run underground across the various roads.

There is Dorothy Beard's beautiful setting with all her plants.

And below are the beginnings of who knows what at this point. Cuttings have all those toys. They need a garage.

While over there sits Winnett's little Fifthwheel, a small idea with big dreams to follow.

Ellis and Rita McConnohie's home is coming along pretty fast. In fact next month we may be able to take you inside.

They have also been doing a lot of work in their backyard. More photos to come.

This was the original plan, the front row. Jesse & Toonie Ortiz's home at the far left, then Lorenzo Rufo and his daughter Tara's place and unseen, and undeveloped are 2 more lots of Belinda Eastman. Only the Ortiz home will have electricity currently.

This is a closeup taken through Rufos' fence. He sold his 2nd lot with the pool to McConnohie who have big plans.
