We just got back from another Tony Reyes Sportsfishing trip, Monday and Tuesday. The weather was a little rough due the proximity of the hurricane “Hilary” on the Pacific side.
Later things got better; finding good action bites, for Yellowtail, and spotted Bass. Around Partida Island, they were biting anything from cut bait and live bait. We were fishing at San Francisquito Bay, Partida Island, Punta Remedios, the coast and Enchanted Islands. We spent one morning searching for Dorado; looking under every seaweed we could find; but catching just a few. We ended up the trip with a good catch of 268 yellowtail up to 23 lbs.
