Playas de San Felipe
This is the famous "Red House" located in Playas de San Felipe. You are less than one mile to the beautiful Sea of Cortez. You can sit and relax in the back yard and watch the the beautiful sunsets against the mountains. Rent a room or the entire house. When you rent a room, you have access to the entire house.
Enjoy all of the activities San Felipe has to offer. Desert runs, water sports, hand glider rides or just sit and relax in the sun by the pool. The marina is across the highway where you can watch the shrimp boats or fish off the pier.
A wood burning fireplace for those cozy and romantic evenings; to the left is a sitting area, separate from the living room. Bring your entire family down for a week or a weekend. Save money by cooking your own meals. Everything is furnished. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathrooms have towels and the beds have sheets and blankets. You only need to bring your sun screen and bathing suit. San Felipe has plenty of stores for you to buy your groceries and liquor. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is on the left and the living/dining room is on the right. There is one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. The downstairs bedroom sleeps 2; one upstairs bedroom sleeps four and the other bedroom has a double bed and a couch. There are six couches in the house. The backyard has a great shade tree and room for a barbeque.
Enjoy swimming in the pool or sipping your favorite libation while soaking in the sun.

This bedroom has a bathroom connected to it. There is a couch to the left and lots of room for kids to play. There are two other bedrooms.
$400.00 per week for a single room for 2 persons or $600 per month for one room. Two night minimum.
