Twice a month, around the time of the new and the full moon, very large tides develop and you will see a spectacular rise and fall of the water.

Although every attempt is made to keep the sea water as clean as possible, the very extensive development of this region is causing increasing levels of pollution. Exercise discretion and shower when leaving the beach.
